结构及用途 Structure and purpose
该阀是采用高精度先导式控制流量,适用于控制流量和压力管路,保持预定流量不变,将过大流量限制在一个预定值,并将上游高压适当减低,即使主阀上游的压力变化也不会影响下游的流量,该阀一改常规节流阀及使用孔扳或纯机械地减少流域面积的原理,利用相关导阀,最大限度地减少能量在节流过程中的损失,该阀控制灵敏、安全可靠、调试简单、使用寿命长。
This valve uses a high accuracy pilot operated flow control and is suitable for flow and pressure pipeline control to keep the preset flow unchanged.1imit an extra-big flow at a preset value and properly lower the high pressure on the upstream.the flow at the downstream will not be affected even if the pres-sure of the main valve at the upstream varies.1t changes the principle for a throttle valve to reduce the basin area purely mechanically or by way of using orifices and utilizes the related pilot valve to reduce the energy loss during throttling to the utmost extent and features sensitive control,safety,reliability,easy debugging and long duration.
